Tenant Procurement and Referencing
Tenant selection is one of the most consequential decisions a landlord makes. We present applicants with full transparency — income verification, employer references, prior landlord references and credit profiling — and provide a clear recommendation rather than simply passing information across.
We work with a qualified reference provider and, where applicable, advise on the merits of rent guarantee insurance as a risk mitigation tool.
Property Management
For fully managed clients, Foster Row acts as the landlord’s representative throughout the tenancy. This covers:
