In many cases, relatively modest adjustments to layout, furnishings or styling can materially improve the way a property photographs and presents at viewings. Our role is to identify those opportunities early and coordinate an appropriate presentation strategy before the property goes to market.
We work with a network of interior designers, staging specialists and contractors who assist with everything from light furnishing and dressing through to more comprehensive staging programmes. The return on well-executed staging is measurable — in speed of transaction, in the quality of offers received and, often, in the eventual price.
